We were delighted to design, prototype and manufacture a small production run of these wall-mounted instrument enclosures for them. The cabinet-style enclosure has multiple screen cut-outs to show the readings and is made with black gloss ABS with a carbon fibre effect overlay, and has 1 colour screen printing.

The pillar-mounted PCB is housed in the industrial-strength, custom plastic enclosure which is lightweight and impact resistant – all of which help to protect the sensitive instrument controls.

Fast Turnaround Custom Made Plastic Boxes UK

We pulled out all the stops to design, manufacture and deliver 500 stylish custom audio-visual plastic boxes in just 2 weeks for a new customer in London.

We worked closely with the client to create a bespoke, stylish AV box that enhanced their customer’s drive-in movie experience. The new custom made boxes deliver a high-quality stereo sound with deep bass.

Custom Made Plastic UV Box Features:

These portable, lightweight units are finished in a stylish motorsport Carbon Fibre with a 5.71-inch high-definition touchscreen that is WIFI enabled to allow the remote purchase of drinks and snacks.

The box design includes an auto-mute when stacked in storage, as well as a rear-mounted power switch. The dimensions were developed taking into account the need for streamlined storage and the need to be able to charge the units when not in use.

Custom Raspberry Pi Enclosure Designed

As Raspberry PI custom enclosure specialists, we happily designed and manufactured this automated blind controller enclosure for an existing client in the Midlands.

 It has been designed for indoor use in a dark grey HIPS. It is wall-mounted with lugs and has one colour screen printed to match the brand colour. The Raspberry Pi is pillar mounted.

Plastic Industrial Enclosures Cabinets

We were thrilled to be selected to design and manufacture this batch of custom industrial enclosure cabinets for a new client. These plastic cabinets are used indoors in industrial and commercial settings and are sturdily designed to cope with heavy usage.

Bespoke Industrial Enclosure Cabinets

The industrial cabinet enclosure has a cam lock for security and a hinged door for easy access for maintenance. The hinged door sits flush to ensure a streamlined finish. There are holes for dome LEDs and a cut-out for a rotary switch. It is wall-mounted by screws and has knockouts on the rear panel for cable exit and entry.

Wall Mounted Custom PCB Enclosure

We recently designed and manufactured this nifty custom PCB enclosure for an existing client who wanted a bespoke PCB enclosure to exactly meet their requirements.

Wall Mounted, Plastic PCB Enclosure

This PCB enclosure unit is part of a new control system that they were launching. It houses an overdoor emergency light and is used at disabled facilities.

This custom PCB enclosure has a wraparound construction. It uses a gloss white opal HIPS for the light element, as this translucent material glows when light is placed behind it. Used indoors, the bespoke PCB enclosure is wall-mounted and has slots to securely hold the PCB.

Clear Plastic Enclosures for Electronics

We helped to design these stunning clear plastic enclosures for an electronics company in Towcester for use in the UK beauty industry. This curved clear plastic enclosure is used during facial treatments by beauticians.  The sleek curved design and front-facing clear plastic window enable the user to enjoy even coverage of the light therapy.

Custom Clear Plastic Enclosure

This plastic electronic enclosure is made with a combination of mirrored and light grey HIPS, the dual-toned enclosure also has a clear transparent window with folds to protect the LED array. The custom enclosure design incorporates multiple cutouts which help to locate and space out the LEDs for even coverage. It also has ventilation slots running across the top to mitigate overheating.
