Custom Electronic Enclosures in the UK

We were delighted to develop these custom electronic enclosures for a client in Croatia. These complex modular units had a mix and match selection of different panels which could be swapped out and replaced with a different panel, depending on the type and number of PCBs that were needed in different settings.

This din rail mounted enclosure is made with white ABS fire retardant UL94V0 and has multiple vents to cool the various PCBs which are kept in place using rack mounting.

Custom Plastic Casing for Medical Use

As medical enclosure specialists, we were the obvious choice to design and manufacture the prototype for Edinburgh-based, cardiology monitoring software specialists.

This lightweight, robust, custom plastic casing houses electronics that gather information from pacemakers to improve patient care and integrate data with hospital systems.

Stylish, Branded Custom Plastic Casing

Made in gloss white with red HIPS, it is easy to disinfect. The brand elements are screen printed onto the casing and the red HIPS matches the corporate brand colour to create a stylish, bespoke casing.

Once the prototype was signed off, the client went on to order 100 cases which we manufactured at our facilities in Brackley, Northamptonshire.

We were pleased to win the contract to fabricate these stylish, wall-mounted, custom size plastic boxes for a subcontract manufacturer. They were on a tight deadline and needed a fast turnaround from us which we were happy to oblige.

Cost-Effective Custom Size Plastic Boxes

Our design team worked closely with the client to deliver a flexible, cost-effective custom plastic box that could either be fixed or mounted via keyholes to the wall. The stylish dual-tone boxes have pillar-mounted PCBs with electrical connectors flush with the external surface.

Check out this custom, plastic waterproof enclosure which we manufactured for an existing client. This is an annual order of 1000 units for a Milton Keynes networking specialist, who provides indoor and outdoor wireless bridge systems.

Custom Plastic Waterproof Enclosure

This bespoke, pole-mounted waterproof enclosure is two-toned to match the product’s brand colours. It is used both indoors and outdoors and is IP rated, thus protecting sensitive electronics from liquids or particle ingress. The robust design includes PCBs which are held in slots so they do not have to be mechanically fixed which makes assembly and maintenance easier.

As an instrument enclosure manufacturer, we with work a number of UK instrumentation specialists, including a clockmaker in Derby who is one of the longest established in the world.

We were delighted to design, prototype and manufacture a small production run of these wall-mounted instrument enclosures for them. The cabinet-style enclosure has multiple screen cut-outs to show the readings and is made with black gloss ABS with a carbon fibre effect overlay, and has 1 colour screen printing.

The pillar-mounted PCB is housed in the industrial-strength, custom plastic enclosure which is lightweight and impact resistant – all of which help to protect the sensitive instrument controls.

Fast Turnaround Custom Made Plastic Boxes UK

We pulled out all the stops to design, manufacture and deliver 500 stylish custom audio-visual plastic boxes in just 2 weeks for a new customer in London.

We worked closely with the client to create a bespoke, stylish AV box that enhanced their customer’s drive-in movie experience. The new custom made boxes deliver a high-quality stereo sound with deep bass.

Custom Made Plastic UV Box Features:

These portable, lightweight units are finished in a stylish motorsport Carbon Fibre with a 5.71-inch high-definition touchscreen that is WIFI enabled to allow the remote purchase of drinks and snacks.

The box design includes an auto-mute when stacked in storage, as well as a rear-mounted power switch. The dimensions were developed taking into account the need for streamlined storage and the need to be able to charge the units when not in use.
