CNC Plastic Machining Prototype Developed

We were delighted to design this custom plastic machined prototype for a long-standing client in Rochdale.

Working closely with the client, our expert team designed this robust, wall-mounted time attendance prototype, before going on to manufacture a medium production run of the units.

Cost-Effective CNC Plastic Machining Prototype

The striking custom blue plastic used matched their client’s brand requirements. CNC machining extracted touchscreen and fingerprint scanner recesses, engraved the slots and created the cooling vents to aid heat dissipation.

The plastic machined prototype was designed for medium to heavy indoor industrial and commercial use. The robust streamlined design is stylish and rugged, able to withstand heavy daily usage.

Bespoke Raspberry Pi Weatherproof Enclosure

We designed, manufactured and assembled a large order of custom Raspberry Pi weatherproof enclosures for an inventory control system used in high-volume manufacturing.

Robust Raspberry Pi Control Enclosure

Working in partnership with the client, we designed this sturdy, hexagonal control enclosure to be weatherproof. The stylish, wall-mounted enclosure is made from a sturdy black ABS UL945VA fire-rated plastic. The waterproof enclosure houses a Raspberry Pi which digitally manages the stock control of components in sectors like automotive and aerospace.

Once we designed and manufactured this weatherproof inventory control box, our custom assembly team then expertly assembled the units on-site at our facilities in Brackley, thereby minimising the hassle for the client by keeping the project under one roof with one point of contact.

We delivered the order on schedule and on budget, and the client was delighted.

Custom Size Plastic Boxes Expertise

We were pleased to win the contract to fabricate these stylish, wall-mounted, custom size plastic boxes for a subcontract manufacturer. They were on a tight deadline and needed a fast turnaround from us which we were happy to oblige.

Cost-Effective Custom Size Plastic Boxes

Our design team worked closely with the client to deliver a flexible, cost-effective custom plastic box that could either be fixed or mounted via keyholes to the wall. The stylish dual-tone boxes have pillar-mounted PCBs with electrical connectors flush with the external surface.

As an instrument enclosure manufacturer, we with work a number of UK instrumentation specialists, including a clockmaker in Derby who is one of the longest established in the world.

We were delighted to design, prototype and manufacture a small production run of these wall-mounted instrument enclosures for them. The cabinet-style enclosure has multiple screen cut-outs to show the readings and is made with black gloss ABS with a carbon fibre effect overlay, and has 1 colour screen printing.

The pillar-mounted PCB is housed in the industrial-strength, custom plastic enclosure which is lightweight and impact resistant – all of which help to protect the sensitive instrument controls.

Custom Raspberry Pi Enclosure Designed

As Raspberry PI custom enclosure specialists, we happily designed and manufactured this automated blind controller enclosure for an existing client in the Midlands.

 It has been designed for indoor use in a dark grey HIPS. It is wall-mounted with lugs and has one colour screen printed to match the brand colour. The Raspberry Pi is pillar mounted.

Plastic Industrial Enclosures Cabinets

We were thrilled to be selected to design and manufacture this batch of custom industrial enclosure cabinets for a new client. These plastic cabinets are used indoors in industrial and commercial settings and are sturdily designed to cope with heavy usage.

Bespoke Industrial Enclosure Cabinets

The industrial cabinet enclosure has a cam lock for security and a hinged door for easy access for maintenance. The hinged door sits flush to ensure a streamlined finish. There are holes for dome LEDs and a cut-out for a rotary switch. It is wall-mounted by screws and has knockouts on the rear panel for cable exit and entry.
