Wall Mounted Industrial Monitor Enclosure

Earlier in the year we designed and manufactured this industrial monitor enclosure for an existing client in Wakefield. It houses their new health and safety monitoring system for indoor industrial and office use.

Custom Industrial Monitoring Enclosure

Working closely with the client, we developed this off-white HIPS enclosure with a hinged door so it can be easily serviced in the field. It has keyhole slots for mounting to the wall and one colour screen printing. The vents along the side of the enclosure are to monitor air quality to ensure health and safety regulations are complied with.

Quality Industrial Control Panel Enclosure

We are delighted to share another example of a quality control panel enclosure we developed for a new industrial client in Daventry earlier in the year. They wanted, in the first instance, to create an enclosure prototype to house a control panel that showcased the new elevator control system they were launching.  

Easy Access, Industrial Control Panel Enclosure

This indoor, wall-mounted industrial cabinet uses light grey HIPs, which match their brand colour. It has terminal blocks and multiple connections that are accessible without having to open the enclosure because it is constructed as two separate parts to make maintenance easy and cost-effective. Screen printing was also added to it.

The client was delighted with the prototype and we went on to manufacture a medium run at our facilities in Brackley.

Quality Custom Electrical Enclosures 

We designed this custom electrical enclosure to house smoke control and ventilation software for a client in Warwickshire specialising in smoke and natural ventilation.

This wall-mounted electrical enclosure features include holes for dome LEDs, a cut-out for a rotary switch, CAM lock, and knockouts on the rear panel for cable exit and entry. There is a hinged door which sits flush to create a clean, streamlined look.

At CDT we were thrilled to win the contract to design and manufacture this PCB plastic enclosure for a new client in Scotland, who specialises in the renewable energy sector.

 Custom PCB Plastic Enclosure

This cost-effective custom plastic enclosure houses various specialist electronic components to monitor the efficiency of renewable energy sources.

The sturdy black industrial enclosure has a stylish carbon fibre effect and screen printing in the brand colour. It is designed to be wall-mounted indoors with the internal PCBs securely fitted in internal guide rails. Also, the individual internal components can be easily accessed without having to open the whole enclosure making upgrades and repairs easier.

IP Rated Enclosures for Swimming Pools

We were delighted to once again design and manufacture these stylish, wearable, IP rated enclosures for our sister company, MDH Wireless, the UK’s market-leading leisure panic alarms systems supplier. Known for innovative designs and excellent customer service their alarm products are widely used in leisure facilities across the UK.

IP Rated Plastic Pendant Enclosure

The waterproof pendant has 2 parts milled from solid plastic and has a blue branded gasket protecting sensitive electronics from water ingress. The lightweight, waterproof design makes it perfect for use by lifeguards in swimming pools who may need to raise an alarm to any point within the building. It is also popular in corporate unmanned gyms.

It uses a 6mm gloss white ABS custom casing which has been carefully milled to a point that ensures a degree of flexibility and allows an internal button to depress. Thus, no external button is needed and crucially no weak points exist for water ingress. It is screen printed with Pantone matched branding and a lanyard attachment.

Robust Custom Screen Enclosures

We designed, prototyped and manufactured these custom screen enclosures which help manage energy in social housing for an existing Nottingham client.  As they were going to be used in public-facing settings, they needed to be sturdy and vandal-proof.

These streamlined, custom screen enclosures are flush-mounted on a wall indoors to create a low profile and to minimise wear and tear. It houses a Raspberry Pi with a touchscreen set in a robust black 10mm HIPS.
